1. The service

Quizforge lets teachers, trainers and hiring teams build online tests, share them by link, grade them automatically and review results. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a teacher or guardian.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the tests, questions, answer keys, branding and other material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content so we can operate the service for you — for example, showing your test to the people you share the link with, or listing it in the public marketplace if you choose to list it. You confirm you have the right to use any text, images or material you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Quizforge to publish unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content, to attack or overload the service, to attempt to extract other users' answer keys or results, or to resell the service without our written permission. Our Acceptable Use Policy has the full list.

5. Public marketplace

Listing a test in the marketplace makes its title, description, subject, cover image and rating publicly visible and lets anyone take it. You can unlist a test at any time from its settings. Ratings and reviews must be honest and must not contain personal information about others.

6. Plans, billing and taxes

Free features are provided as-is. Where a paid plan is offered, fees are shown before you purchase, are billed in advance for the stated period, and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Paid plans renew only if renewal is stated at purchase. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy, which is a no-refund policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures or events outside our control may cause downtime. Offline support caches parts of the test-taking flow on your device; submitting an attempt still requires an internet connection.

8. Test integrity

Anti-cheat options such as timers, shuffling, one-attempt locks and tab-switch counts are deterrents, not guarantees. You remain responsible for deciding how much weight to place on results produced through the platform.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizforge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or loss arising from decisions made using test results. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, your content may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
