Mock Tests Creator lets teachers, students and parents build online tests, share them by link, grade them automatically and review results. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

• You must give accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a teacher or guardian.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

You keep ownership of the tests, questions, answer keys, branding and other material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content so we can operate the service for you — for example, showing your test to the people you share the link with, or listing it in the public marketplace if you choose to list it. You confirm you have the right to use any text, images or material you upload.

You may not use Mock Tests Creator to publish unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content, to attack or overload the service, to attempt to extract other users' answer keys or results, or to resell the service without our written permission. Our Acceptable Use Policy has the full list.

Listing a test in the marketplace makes its title, description, subject, cover image and rating publicly visible and lets anyone take it. You can unlist a test at any time from its settings. Ratings and reviews must be honest and must not contain personal information about others.

The Free plan is provided as-is and requires no payment card. Teacher Pro is priced at USD 30 per teacher account per year (INR 3,000 per year for payments made in rupees) — roughly USD 2.50 a month, billed once for twelve months of access.

Prices are stated and charged in US dollars (USD). The stated price excludes any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies in your jurisdiction; where such tax applies it is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. If your card or account is held in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate and foreign-transaction fees, which are charged by them and not by us.

Teacher Pro access runs for twelve months from the date the payment is confirmed and can be renewed at the then-current price to continue. If it is not renewed, the account returns to the Free plan and its content remains available within the Free plan limits. Products or materially different services that we release separately in the future are not automatically included unless we expressly state otherwise.

Teacher Pro licenses one teacher account for that teacher's own classes and is subject to fair use. There is no product limit on the number of tests, questions per test or stored attempts, but sustained automated or bulk usage far beyond normal classroom use may be rate-limited; we will contact you before taking any such action. Storage, uploads and exports remain subject to reasonable platform limits.

Students and anonymous test takers are never charged. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy, which is a strict no-refund policy.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures or events outside our control may cause downtime. Offline support caches parts of the test-taking flow on your device; submitting an attempt still requires an internet connection.

Anti-cheat options such as timers, shuffling, one-attempt locks and tab-switch counts are deterrents, not guarantees. You remain responsible for deciding how much weight to place on results produced through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mock Tests Creator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or loss arising from decisions made using test results. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, your content may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
