Refund Policy

All payments made to Mock Tests Creator are final and non-refundable. Teacher Pro is USD 30 per teacher account per year (INR 3,000 per year in rupees); once a payment is processed we do not issue refunds, whether full or partial, and we do not provide credit for unused time, unused tests or unused capacity.

Teacher Pro is paid a year at a time and does not charge your card automatically — you choose whether to renew when the year ends. You may stop using the paid features at any time, but this does not refund the amount already paid for the current year.

Because payments are non-refundable, we deliberately keep a free tier so you can build a test, share it, collect attempts and review the analytics before spending anything. If something is unclear about what a paid plan includes, contact us before you pay and we will explain it.

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Not using the service during a paid period.
• Accidental duplicate accounts created by the same person.
• Dissatisfaction with results produced by tests you designed.
• Downtime caused by third-party infrastructure or events outside our control.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge for the same plan on the same account — email mocktestscreator@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with the transaction details. We will investigate and correct genuine billing mistakes. This is a correction of an error, not a refund of a valid purchase.

Nothing in this policy removes rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement.
